By reserving a room, meeting and study room users agree to the Library’s Meeting Room Policy and the Rules of Behavior Policy.
Meeting Room Reservations
- All events in Library meeting rooms must be free and open to the public
- Light refreshments and covered drinks allowed in meeting rooms
- Meeting rooms may be reserved online up to six months in advance
- Meeting rooms must be reserved at least 72 hours prior to the event
- Patrons may have up to six meeting room reservations per group at any one time
- No more than two events per week may be scheduled

The Lewis Auditorium
- Location: Ground Floor
- Max Occupancy: 130
- Items available for use:
- Chairs: 130
- Tables: 38 (30 tables are 6 feet long; 8 tables are 5 feet long)

- Equipment: projection screen, audio-visual cart with an extension cord, ceiling-mounted projector, small grand piano
The Satterthwaite Conference Room
- Location: Ground Floor
- Max Occupancy: 18
- Items available for use:
- Chairs: 14
- Tables: 5
- Equipment: projection screen, ceiling-mounted projector
Study Room Reservations
- Covered drinks only, no food allowed
- Two study rooms are available
- Two-hour maximum per group, per day
- The study rooms will be cleared fifteen minutes before closing

- Location: Second Floor
- Max Occupancy: 8
- Items available for use:
- Chairs: 4
- Tables: 1
- Equipment: whiteboard
