15-Generation pedigree chart.

With the overwhelming availability of online genealogical websites and family tree software, folks interested in their roots may have been overlooking a traditional method of recording their ancestors: the 15-Generation (paper) pedigree chart.

The Archives has recently purchased a supply of these charts, and they are available for $2.00 apiece.

The charts are 23” by 29”, double-sided, folded and hole-punched for an 8 ½ by 11 binder, and printed on acid-free paper. There are spaces for Birth/Christening Date and Place; Marriage Date and Place; Death Date and Place; and Burial Place and Date. Directions on how to use the chart are printed on each one.

The form itself is copyrighted by Stevenson’s Genealogy Center of Provo, Utah, but clearly states “Copyright is only on blank forms; forms that have been filled out may be freely copied”.

So, visit the Archives and get started on your (paper) family history project!
