The Urbana Free Library patrons will have FREE access to over 8 billion Find My Past records from March 2 – April 1, 2020
Find My Past offers:
- The most extensive U.S. marriage collection online
- Exclusive U.S. Catholic parish register collection
- British and Irish parish records, censuses, passenger lists, birth, marriage, and death records
- British military records, 1704-1945
- The British Newspaper Archive, home to the largest collection of historical (1708-2009) British and Irish newspapers online
- Access to PERSI (the PERiodical Source Index), the largest and most widely used index to genealogy and local history magazines, newsletters, and journals—including many held at The Urbana Free Library.
