In addition to all the entertainment The Urbana Free Library is hosting during the 9th Annual C-U Folk and Roots Festival this coming weekend, the Champaign County Historical Archives is excited to get in on the fun by hosting the First Annual Archives Bazaar! Archivists and curators in Champaign County will answer your questions about preservation and research and show off their fabulous resources. Participating institutions include:

- University of Illinois Student Life & Culture Archives
We will also host experts in photography identification and an Abraham Lincoln collector; archivists working with the Chanute Air Force Base Collection; and offer door prizes and a raffle for a local history-themed grand prize!
The Archives Bazzar is FREE and open to the public on November 4th from 10 am to 4 pm in the MacFarlane-Hood Reading Room on the Library's first floor. Also, don't forget to stop by the Archives Reading Room on the second floor to get a tour of the Champaign County Historical Archives (tour times at: 11:20 am, 12:30 pm, 1:50 pm, and 3:20pm).
More information will be posted to the Library's Facebook page and Twitter feed in the coming week, so be sure to check for updates. We can't wait to see you there!
