You can check out items or pick up hold requests at Circulation Services on the main floor of the Library. Self-checks are available on the first and ground floor of the Library.

Urbana Free Library items renew automatically up to 10 times, except in the following circumstances: overdue items, items that have requests, items with loan periods less than three days, rental items, interlibrary loan items, or online materials. When a patron has a long-overdue item, other items checked out to them will not auto-renew.
You will not be able to check out any items if there are fees higher than $25.00 on your account or if you have long-overdue (28 days) items.
