2019 Strategic Planning Process

The Urbana Free Library launched a strategic planning process in January 2019 to create a new, dynamic plan to guide the Library over the next three years.  The plan will set direction for the Library, outlining goals and ways to measure success. The strategic plan is a tool for communicating with the community about the Library’s priorities and will inform annual activity plans to guide day-to-day decisions. The plan will also include key metrics to show progress towards goals and how to share success.

Below is an outline of our process and ways for the community to provide input.  Please check back often as we’ll add updates and adjust our process as it unfolds.
