I’ve long admired Jack Gantos for his storytelling, with great books like Joey Pigza Swallowed the Key and Dead End in Norvelt. Now he shares his writing secrets in his new book Writing Radar. With characteristic good humor and spot drawings, he details his method of capturing stories on paper. We’ll be using some of his material along with some of our own this coming Monday, October 23 at 4 p.m. when we kick-off NaNoWriMo's Young Writers Program at UFL with young writers in grades 3-8. Hope to see you there! -Elaine B.
