The Illinois Talking Books & Braille Center at the Illinois State Library provides a FREE audio library service to central Illinois residents whose low vision, blindness, or physical limitation makes it difficult to read. Application forms are available at the adult reference desk (217-367-4405) on the second floor.

Home Delivery

If you have a physical condition that prevents you from coming to the Library, and if you are a City of Urbana resident, you may qualify for the Library’s very convenient home delivery service.

Library cardholders residing in Clark-Lindsey Village, Brookdale Urbana, and Prairie Winds retirement centers may also receive supplemental delivery and pickup of library materials.

Champaign County Historical Archives

Located on the second floor of the Library, the Archives has a diverse array of resources to help you with your local history and genealogy research.
