UFL Reads! Tea & Talk

Meet and greet your fellow readers at a special UFL Reads! social event. Anyone who has attended our book club for adults in the past is welcome. If you’re a future member, what a great way to learn what UFL Reads! is all about.

At the Tea & Talk, grab your favorite tea (or coffee) from The Urbana Free Library Cafe and Friends Book Shop and spend a happy hour getting to know each other beyond the books we read together. Come prepared to tell everyone a bit about yourself and share your favorite holiday and other titles. Optional activity—a book grab bag! Wrap up a book to swap and recycle with a brief note about why you enjoyed it.

Most importantly, we’ll take some time to gather our best suggestions and plan our topics and discussion books for most of 2013.

Reserve January 27: we’ll start out our new year with a musical romance—Grace Grows by Shelle Sumners.

UFL Reads! our book club for adults meets the fourth Sunday of most months.

In December, UFL Reads! Tea & Talk will be on the 2nd week of the month.
The library is closed December 24 and 25 for the Christmas holiday.
