Telephone Service Outage at The UFL

UPDATE - Tuesday, July 18:

Telephone service at the Library has not yet been restored.  According to the City of Urbana Public Works Department, AT&T has been working around the clock to make repairs, but the repairs could take up to a week.

The Library will remain open regular hours during the phone service outage.  During the outage the Library will not be able to accept credit/debit payment for fees at service desks or the Cafe.  Fax service is also not available.

You can still contact the Library through the Ask a Librarian service or send us an email via the Library's Contact Us page on the website.

You also can access your Library account account 24 hours a day via CU Catalog. Just enter the barcode number printed on your library card and your password (usually the last four digits of your phone number), or you can create a username for easier login.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
