City Codes (Control numbers beginning "0100")

Coverage: Portions of the 1869 City Code and the 1980 City Code have been completed.
Number of documents, i.e. Code sections, indexed: 43.
General notes: This series was created to provide better specific indexing for the various City Codes. There are no cooresponding microfiche with the Agency/Series number "01.00." The indexing for each City Code section refers the user to the specific ordinance that contains the City Code (for early City Codes, as the code and the enabling ordinance are one and the same) or the enabling ordinance (for more recent City Codes, which appear as attachments to the enabling ordinance).

Ordinances (Control numbers beginning "0102")

Coverage: FY 1869 through FY 1999.
Number of documents (see "General notes" section) indexed: 6,176
General notes: Almost all Ordinances have been indexed as one item; however, certain Ordinances, such as the Local Traffic Codes and the annual schedule of fees update ordinance, which contain complex data and/or numerous sections of unrelated material, have been indexed by their sections and subsections, i.e. each section or subsection is its own "document".

City Council Minutes (Control numbers beginning "0103")

Coverage: CY 1855 through CY 1998.
Number of documents indexed: 3,399

Resolutions (Control numbers beginning "0104")

Coverage: Resolution 24 of FY 1972 through Resolution 7 of FY 1999.
Number of documents indexed: 1,185

Budgets (Control numbers beginning "0105")

Coverage: FY 1975 through FY 1998.
Number of documents (see "General notes" section) indexed: 49.
General notes: All budgets have been indexed as one item with the exception of the FY 1975 budget. which was indexed by subsection, i.e. each subsection is its own "document".
