The Study Rooms on the second floor provide space for group study, tutoring, meetings of small groups, individual study, and similiar purposes.
- Groups may book study rooms one week in advance. Contact Adult Reference 367-4405, or reference@urbanafreelibrary.org
- Study rooms may be used by groups of 2-6 people.
- Study rooms may be used by students studying together, tutors, income tax volunteers in season, or by small private clubs/groups, such as book clubs or investment groups.
- Two hour time limit.
- If a group does not show up within 15 minutes of the reserved start time, the room may be given to others who ask for it.
- If a room is not reserved or in use, small groups may request it.
- Groups may use laptops or sound equipment, but sounds must not be audible outside the room.
- The Library is not responsible for any theft or loss of materials left in the study rooms if groups leave items unattended.
- Food and drink may not be consumed in the Study Rooms.
Established clubs or non-profits organizations that want to schedule planned meetings on a regular basis should check with the Children's department Question Desk to arrange to reserve the auditorium or conference room.

Free parking in the Busey Bank on weekends and after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays.
