Income Tax Materials

The Urbana Free Library has almost everything you need to complete your income tax returns.

Tax forms and publications available for the 2007 tax filing season (in 2008):

• Free copies of commonly used 2007 Illinois and 2007 federal (IRS) income tax forms
  
  
• A large supply of Extension and Estimated Tax forms
  
  
• Reproducible copies of personal income tax forms and instructions for all 50 U.S. states
  
  
• Reproducible copies of most federal publications
  
  
• Reproducible copies of past federal and state forms and booklets, from 2002 through 2006
  
  
• If we do not have a form or publication, we can find it online for you

Other Resources

The Library provides copy machines, a fax machine, and basic office supplies. We charge fifteen cents a page for photocopies, and $1 per page for faxes, but everything else is typically free.

The downtown branch of the Urbana Post Office is located one block away.

Although we can't make filing taxes less painful, we can make it more convenient for you.
